At a local’s house we watch and participate in the procedure of making bread the old way, using the traditional tools and wood oven! During the procedure we talk, explain, knead, shape and wait! We learn why bread was a necessity in the past and why there are Greeks who can’t sit on the table if there is no bread, even today. We make the tastiest bread you have ever eaten and at the end you take one with you!
